Dill Infuse Seafood Fettuccini

Dill Infuse Seafood Fettuccini

Dill is an herb that goes well with seafood. You can buy it fresh or dried.

prep 15 to 20 minutes
cook 20 to 25 minutes
makes 4 serving

Ingredients:
2 tablespoon oil
4 large shrimps, peeled
1/2 cud diced red snapper fillet
1 medium onion, chooped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
4 pieces mussels, steamed
400 grams fettuccini, cooked al dente

Preparation:
1. In a pan, heat oil then saute the shrimps and fish. set aside.
2. in the same pan, saute the onions and garlic. add the cream and dill. add in the cooked sauteed seaffod and steamed mussels. season to taste
3 add the pasta and toss until coated with the souce.
