19. Suckling Pig Roaster
What will i be doing?
        Cooking Lechon

What will i need to start?
        A suckling pig, your own recipe for the marinade,  a bamboo skewer, wood for roasting, and some backyard space for your pit. (Joan Pascua operation manager of a freight forwarding company, says she invested P50,000 to start this backyard business)

Who will my customer be?
        Everyone who loves lechon

How much should i charge?
        P250 a kilo or P4,500 to P5,000 for a whole roast pig weighing 13 to 14 kilo. The heavier the pic, the higher the price.

How much will i make?
       If you butcher the pig your self, expect to take home 20 to 30 percent of its selling price. a slaughterhouse will eat up to 5 to 10 percent of your earnings.

20. Zen Fountain
What will i be doing?
          Assembling zen fountains as centerpieces of gift sets

What will i need to start?
         Some creativity plus pebbles, a catch basin, fountain pump, gravel and sand

Who will my customer be?
         Co workers, relatives, friends and just about anyone likely to be impressed by a zen fountain

How much should i charge?
         P2,000 to P10,000 depending on the fountain's size and design

How much will i make?
         Fifty to 100 percent of your cost



21. Book Binder
What will i be doing?
          Put together pages of reading materials to preserve them

What will i need to start?
         A sharp knife, binding clips, quality heavy duty glue, cloth tape and cardboard( or thin plywood when binding thick copies)

Who will my customer be?
         Students usually. This business is especially profitable during graduation, when students must write their thesis and have it bound for submission.

How much should i charge?
        P50 to P60 per job if the copies to bound are thin and up to P90 if thicker

How much will i make?
         P30 to P40 per project
